When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! We currently ship across the UAE, GCC countries, and selected international locations.
How much is shipping?

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Absolutely. All Mirror products are cruelty-free, vegan, and never tested on animals.
Are your formulas suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes — our products are formulated without alcohol, parabens, sulfates, or silicones. They’re gentle, but we always recommend a patch test before full use.
Do your products contain fragrance?
Yes, some of our products contain a mild, skin-safe fragrance. We never use harsh or sensitizing perfumes.
Are Mirror products pregnancy-safe?
While our products are generally gentle, we recommend consulting your doctor with our full ingredient list if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.
What’s the shelf life of your products?
All Mirror products are best used within 12 months of opening. Please store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Just email us with your order number to get started.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, once the returned product is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Can I use them day and night?
Yes, all products are safe to use in your morning and evening routine.
How much product should I use?
Less is more! Use 1–2 pumps for cleanser and moisturizer, 2–3 drops for serum, and 1 pump for eye serum.
