Order Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


 

Shipping Destinations


We ship to UAE, GCC countries, and selected international destinations. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.


 

Delivery Times

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and courier operations:


  • UAE: Next-day delivery
  • GCC Countries: 2–3 business days
  • International: Up to 10 business days, depending on the destination

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

 


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.


Mirror Skin does not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Any delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.


 

Shipping Restrictions


We are unable to ship to certain locations due to courier or regulatory restrictions. If your location is unavailable at checkout, shipping to that destination is not currently supported.


 

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Mirror Skin is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@mirrorskin.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).
